It is known that, in cooperation with the government of the applicant's countries, the Japanese Embassy performs screening of applicants by means of academic examinations, besides submitted application documents etc...
Well I'll be sitting this week for these examinations (subjects: Maths, Physics, Chemistry English and Japanese), and I'm kind of scared and very nervous.
I know it's not going to be "easy" but I was wondering whether it is usually difficult.
I'm worried since my whole career depends on this. >< Thanks for helping sweatingbullets.gif

P.s: If there's anyone who's been through this experience please share with us 'cause I'd like to know what type of questions are asked in these exams. smile.gif

What kind of exam did you take? Cos I'll be taking a Japanese Uni exam for international students this year, too.

have you heard of Keio University > i want to do the 2 years program there in business.
everything is taught in english... japanese courses is optional. they said that, however, in classrooms though its taught in english there will be japanese and international students mixed together. i wonder if this would be awkward? as i'm korean and only know korean and english. i wonder if this is a good idea. i feel like there would be a great seperation.
is your college set up like this as well~?

could someone clarify,
do all international students who want to go to college in japan have to take some sort of exam?
isn't there a way to do it online.... i thought i read something like that for Keio.

-and how much is 1,561,600 yen in USD?- never mind it would be $13,162.51

As Original Doll requested, anyone who has gone through this process please post any info or their experiences!

ps, how did you do Original Doll??? Are you moving onto the interview portion?
