Help! Creative Webcam Problems

I just bought this webcam [creative webcam vista] like 3 weeks ago,
It was working fine but then... 4 days ago
it stopped working

This is what shows when I click it...

Here are the particulars of my computer.
Using Windows XP

I already re-install this for 5 times

uninstall the ffdshow ....
I don't know what to do.
Please help me, I have to record something this week.
It's really urgent.

Did you install some program 4 days ago? If it's being used by another program (God forbid) then yeah, that message will show up.

The real question is, what program is it?

^ Thanks. I tried to uninstall the files and still it says
used by another source ... I installed this in my brothers
computer, can that be a problem?

I don't think installing the webcam somewhere else is the cause.

Thanks for telling me that though. I've noticed that with my webcam that if I don't put the webcam in the same USB port on my computer after I take it out to rearrange my room or whatever, it won't be detected.

Could that be your problem?
