Post Office Help! i need help on how to send priority mail....

so i have to send this bag back,
that i recently purchased online,
but i don't know how =(
i was reading tons of stuff on usps.com
but its confusing...

my bag is probably about less then 5 pounds,
& it says on usps.com that i could go to the postal office
& get free priority boxes to send my item back
is that true?
& do i just wait in line to get a stamp
& my item weighed????

Flat Rate Priority Boxes from USPS are free. Just go to the post office, you'll see the boxes there. If you need help, just ask the people that work there, they'll help you.

Yes. Please just ASK at the post office instead of posting a thread here. It'll be quicker.
