Anyways, I have some acne and acne scars, was wondering if there was any way to get rid of them since im goin to a water amusement park in 2 weeks, don't wanna look horrendous from da back ya know, lol

and does vitamin E pills from nutrition stores really work to improve the skin?

As far as I'm concerned, vitamin E is for hair meanwhile Vitamin C is for skin. I stand corrected though.

About you bacne, well fortunately I was never in your situation BUT I know of some preventative measures ^^

1. Make sure you dry your back completely before putting on clothes.
2.Never scrub or exfoliate your back too many times because it will aggravate the acne.
3.Apply those acne creams the one you used for you face at your back. It works.
4.Don't touch those acne or do anything to it, just leave it alone.

Yeah, it was stated in a mag once and I happen to remember it.

Goodluck !
-What I say, most of the time....It's right...So just accept it and save it into your system-

I have used the Neutrogena body wash for years, because my stupid hope never dies. Well... it's about to because it doesn't work for me! I use Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera Gel after I get out of the shower and it seems to be working, but I still get new pimples. Also, when I sleep, I put up all of my hair so it doesn't get on my face or any skin. I think that helps.

ive had back acne ever since i remeber,, and im not talking about those little ones.. im talking about the big muthhumpers that bleed and all that nasty stuff... it was so bad at one point i couldnt even wear a backpack because it would hurt. theres pretty much nothing you can do about it.. i even went to a dr. they gave me pills.. which didnt help to much... and when i went back they were gonna give me even stronger pills but with all these side affects.. and at that time i was young, so i learned to live with it

i find that birth control pills.. work tho.. well stops the new ones comeing at least

but for a guy i think the best way is tanning.. i found that when you tan indoor or outdoor it drys up the pimples alot and makes it least visable (since your darker too.. rite?)

scrubs with little tiny sand are good too.. and whatever you put on your face do the same for your back .. (clean, toner, pimple cream twice a day)

neways i hope it helped alittle bit.. i'll be sure to come back and check cuz i sure wanna know if i can get bacne away!

the soap that i'm using right now is apparently good
for bacne too..
i'm using it for my face but my pimples are gone now
you should try it!
it's called oripan and there's a thread here so check it out~
oh and don't exfoliate with anything even sand or whatever
exfoliating irritates the skin more and causes more pimples.

Whether or not you pop the pimple, you're still going to get scars. Duh. Some people pop it to the root and it minimizes the scarring. I've notice when you don't pop a pimple, it shrinks but it still leaves marks. But when you pop it (with extremely clean hands, of course) and get the pus out, the scar is a lot smaller.

You can also try wearing shirts with more 'breathable' frabric like cotton, that's suppose to help with the bacne

I have the same problem. Minor ones will fade a bit, but never ever completely. Major ones will be visible forever. I have them on my chest from my friends punching me (playing around) and I was very shy and not open to talking about my acne back then and so my scars got worse and now it is scarred forever. Tanning doesn't work. It makes your skin darker, and the scars doesn't tan much so there is a contrast there.

One of my friends has the same problem, and he wears a wife beater shirt into the pool. We never discussed it but it is obvious. I never go swimming because of this problem. Sucks so bad.

Also everyone's skin is different so you may have different results (hopefully).
