Who's your carrier?

It all depends if your carrier offers that feature or not. Verizon offers it and I believe T-mobile has it (called ring back?). I don't think they are free, well the T-mobile one isn't.

I really hate people who have that on their phone. This stupid manager at my workplace has Weird Al's "White and Nerdy" playing. It's really freaking annoying. My other friend used to have Ne-yo's "So Sick" playing. Ruined a perfectly good song. I called her everyday too so UGH. My poor ears. I like the "riiiing, riiing" better.

Yeah, T-Mobile has it. It's called CallerTunes. It's $1.49 a month plus $1.99 per ringtone(tone only works for about a year). Which doesn't seem like a whole lot but it can start to add up.

I had it for awhile but their music selection isn't that great and I had people requesting songs for their callertune.. or complaining about the one that I had them under. STFU people! You will take what I give you laugh.gif

chouchou san smile.gif
they were talking abt a ringback tone (called Caller tunes for tmobile)..
not a ringtone
its like when you call someone, instead of hearing a "riiiiiiiing" when you call someone,
you'll hear a song instead before they pick up the phone....

anyhow i hate ring backs

but as they said, only your service provider can set it up for you (in the US at least)
unlike a ringtone that we can create ourselves
how we all wish though we can change it ourselves tho
that'll save us $$$

anyway, sorta related to this..
my sister recorded a song from her phone..
and instead of you hearing her voice before you leave a message,
you'll hear the music instead..

anyway, i like this method a lil bit better
since i hate ringbacks and she still insisted letting people hear her music
... so be it.. a recorded song.
Quailty is bad of course.. but she's very hard to pursuade not to do it. LOL
