I counted 4 times the other day, and I caught her eyes with mine twice. Eye lock!

She's interested in you OR likes you OR finds you absolutely handsome (that's why she glances at you all the time), but she

a) is really shy around you so she tries to avoid you (you know it's hard to talk to someone if you blush or stammer in front of him all the time)
b.) plays "hard-to-get" so she ignores you

She finds you absolutely disgusting so she:

-avoids and ignores you because you may spread germs or stink
-glances at you because...well, disgusting ppl look/ are strange and thus interesting

I'm going to be narrow and impairment some generalizations.

Many guys on these on this forum are stuck in a boy-girl bestfriend situation. The guy has "more than friend" feelings towards the girl. Being confused, they come onto here requesting advice. My question is why do girls tell them to confess to the girl when you know more than 90% of the time the girl will not feel the same as the guy?

Because guys (well, most of them) have more guts than girls when it comes to confessing. Plus, they get over rejection faster. The thing is, most girls will never confess first because they expect the guy to make the first move. What if the girl likes the guy back? There's always a chance that she does... :x And who says "more than 90% of the time"? o_o I guess it depends on the signals she has been sending the guy...

But there are a LOT of instances wherein a girl likes her guy best friend but is scared to confess because it might ruin their friendship. If they end up together but break up in the end, then their friendship will go down the drain. On the other hand, if the girl likes the guy and tells him about her feelings but he doesn't like her back, she knows that he might start acting awkward around her, and their friendship will go down the drain too. Well, it could happen if the guy confesses first, too... :x I guess it really just depends on the situation. Ehehehe. ^^;;

To be "in love" with someone is to love a person AND have romantic feelings for him/her. To "love" someone is to just plain love him/her. Like, you can be in love with your bf/gf, but you can't be in love with your mother. You can love your bf/gf, and you can love your mother, though. I hope that makes sense. ^^;;

i personally think confessing helps you to get over the person faster.

Er this is getting v. close and personal, but since you boys answer some pretty out there questions yourselves it's only fair. But I think it might be more appropriate for the 20+ forum in which case if you're underage and just don't want to know, please skip over this post.









Anyway, I'm pretty sure it depends on the girl and the situation, like the mood etc (eg. usu when role playing or dirty talk is involved, both parties would naturally be more adventurous and open to new things - also there's generally an understanding going on between the two of you that it's all a bit of fun and not indicative of your character or whatever). So yes that means girls who do like to 'taste themselves' are not s-l-u-t-s.

I don't think it's got anything to do with ethnicity, though I suppose only in so far that asians (from asia) are generalised as a more traditionalist conservative race when it comes to sex and so might not be so open to trying new things, talking about it w/ friends so as to discover new things. But really that's just a huge generalisation and especially does not hold much truth in the 21st century. It all comes down to individual attitudes towards sex really.

She probably has a crush on you & is afraid to let you know; however,
if I liked a guy I would glance at him occasionally but most definitely
wouldn't ignore him.
