SO. if i have someone's cell phone number & address is there any way to possible search for that person online..or not even online..SOMEHOW. SOME WAY.

i know the carrier's verizon..do you think if i call verizon they will tell me whos name the account is under?? +_+
or is that information confidential..

Well, if you have their home phone number Google will tell you. Otherwise this is kind of creepy.
