Laptop Can't Shutdown

there's always an error box that pops up when i switch on the laptop.
when i try ti shut down, the scree appears blue and totally blank.
pls help. thanks so much

it would help to know what exactly it says? =]

thanks for replying. its an error box that says "windows cannot find Kesenjangansocial.exe.make sure u typed the name correctly & then try again. to search for a file, click the start button, & then click search." not sure if thats related to the pc shutdown problem.

I'll guess that you've deleted Kensenja...exe somehow recently?

Redownload it again, and uninstall it properly by going into add/remove programs.

KesenjanganSosial.exe is a worm W32.Brontok-L.
