Hey everyone,
My bf is in China for the summer and I was wondering what's a good internet phone service I could use. I want to be able to call through my computer to his cell phone. I'm looking for something with reliable service and is affordable.

i think there's a program called skytalk.
my parents used it to talk to relatives over in vietnam.
