I tried it when i was in Korea. I didn't like it. I had gag reflex when i tried to swallow it. Anybody else tried it before? or liked it?

my mom's friends forced me to...

they said "it tastes like chicken"...i just didnt like the fact that i was eating fido...so i just had a tiny bite...it didnt taste horrible or anything though.

It really has no taste in my opinion ...

When I tried it, it felt like meat, but tasted bland.

i just dont get why people make such a big deal when someone eats dog meat as opposed to someone eating beef or chicken.

we don't make weekly visits to the SPCA just because we love dogs...

we also tend to pick up a few cats and rabbits while we're there... its quite a long drive and with rising gas prices, we try to maximize our usage.

you're using the word gag reflex incorrectly. as for datura, do you know how discriminating it is to call people who eat dog or wonder what it tastes like, "sick fcuks"? I don't know if you're some ethnocentric cracker which would make perfect sense as to why you would say such a thing. If you're not, i'm sure there's something a part of your culture that would be considered disgusting to many. Regardless of whether you're an animal activist or just against eating pets (which wouldn't make sense to me, for cows, pigs, chicken, duck, rabbits etc. are pets for many people) you shouldn't be saying that crap. I myself have never tried it, but i don't cringe at the fact that there are people eating it.

Have you seen the way people do the exact same thing to chickens before they sell them to fast food chains like KFC? Yet, people still eat it right? People dont care how the animals were treated, as long as the food taste good and prepare in a sanitary manner.

ive tried it before
i didnt even know it was dog meat -0-;;
my dad was like "its good chicken! tastes really good!"
then he told me after we left the resteraunt T________T;;
i didnt talk to him for a couple of days
