For me.. in high school, i really didnt know what i was doing as long as i got good grades... and even when i didnt i just thought it would be okay... and somehow it did turn out alright...
and now.. i know what im doing and i know what it takes to do it and im really focused... so yeah...
i mean you want to live life to the fullest but you have to know when the right time to do stuff is. so yeah life is full of too too many decisions. =]

Everyone around me KNOWS what they want to do but I just feel sort of lost sometimes. When I was in high school I kind of had an idea of what I want to do in life but now I'm not so sure anymore. soooooo to sum up everything...I FEEL LOST. you're not alone. :[

However, architecture didn't seem as practical and didn't seem as stable. I decided to go with Civil and Environmental Engineering with an emphasis on structures =0. I'm very confident that this is the job for me and this is what I want. The job security is very nice, and it isn't hard to find a job.

i have no time to waste ... simply because i have tons of loans.
but besides that, i went to a wonderful high school.
it helped me discover my passion and such, so i wasnt lost along the way.
im still confident.
i deserve a chance to build my future as everyone else, so imma do it.

As I got into college, I finally stopped dreaming, and started making some practical plans for myself. I'm a psychology major. I'm planning to work in a lab soon. I know I want to go to grad school for child psychology...and eventually help kids with autism. So, yeah, my confidence has gone up, compared to high school.
I think it's normal to feel lost. Plans don't always work out. The first plan might not work, but the second probably will. ^^

I wanted to major in biochemistry but I'm not so sure anymore. I just finished my first year of university and it was....bleh. I'm sick of science but I don't like anything else.
So you're not alone :[

Now? I'm lost and I'm thinking of doing something more English-oriented.
But I don't know.

^ it's never too late to switch major or anything.
because the biggest regret is not doing it, right??
truly follow what makes you happy, and what wont make you fall asleep in class.
GOOD LUCK.

told me about PA and how it is almsot like a doctor... etc so I went into college as a biology major for the accelerated to be a
physician assistant. 3 years biology 3 years in a med. school for your masters. I thought if i maintain a good GPA and stay in the Deans list
i have a seat for sure. Then i had a friend who applied and got denied and she had a better GPA. There is only 60
seats open and ur competiting agains basically everyone else.
Now im thinking if i dont get in what can i do with a biology major? i been thinking about stoping my biology major for 2 years
and taking up RN. then go back for my biology degree because its a shame for me not to finish it. If i wanna go into BSN schools
offer fast track programs now. but im not sure yet it is still something im tossing around.

With that, I got into college and at first (during the summer before my first semester of college), I thought things would be alright.
Then things gradually went down from there.
Although I don't think I'm completely "screwed" right now, it sure feels like it.
I feel like I'm such a bad student, because of many factors and I don't know what to do.

There's just so much learning and growth in college. However, some people are never able to pull themselves out of the "my life is screwed" stage...and become bums.

I'm kinda confused, but I love them all equally. I've accepted that I have to finish the art course before I take anything else[save violin and language lessons]. I can always go to orgs and stuff.

Criticism does not equal bashing.
