I don't think those songs soundalike, but I think "Crazy in love" and "One thing"
soundalike, but that's because I think the same guy produced those two songs

hm, the first thing i thought when i heard green light was one thing. i checked online to see if maybe it was just me but apparently other people had the same thought i did. idk why but there is just something really familiar about the two of them to me.

like when I first heard Mario Vasquez album I thought some of the songs sound like Neyo's songs
come to find out Neyo did some work on that album.

n/m then. i didn't think the whole song sounded like one thing but just parts in the chorus and stuff but it doesn't matter. it probably just is the producers.

i think people just want to be successful so badly that they're trying to recreate what made someone else famous.
i notice when people do come out and try to do their own thing people aren't really interested because it's "boring" or "not radio friendly" everything on the radio sounds exactly the same.

yeah, it's not just american music. music almost everywhere has went downhill when it comes to quality. older stuff is better imo.
