A lot of Korean adults have talked to me about a future in this.
Just wanted to know what everyone else thought.
Or if you're studying it right now, even better...

I've toyed around with the idea but never did anything about it. If I did want to study acupuncture I'd probably transfer to a college in Korea where they actually have that major...

Yes you're right. It's difficult to establish a customer base, but once you do, i think you can be in this business for life.
I have talked to a few professionals in this field and many of them are making over $100K a year, but what you have to understand is that they've been in the business for over 5 years (which I don't think is too bad).
A majority of them conduct their business in affluent neighborhoods where the racial diversity is limited to white americans, and the old stereotype of oriental medicine is steadily changing. The ones I've talked to have told me that the interest in oriental medicine is rising in great numbers.
good luck on your pursuit to become a chiro!!
BTW, MINJI.V
There's a university in CA called Royal Dongguk that's connected with dongguk university in Korea, and i heard that some students get to do their medical externships at the dongguk university hospital alongside western medical professionals.
That's gotta be awesome.
