Please Help Me To Totally Default All My Speaker Settings, So That It Can Sound Normal. cuz I think I tweaked around with something, and the sound is funny...

You mean on your comp?
Go to Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices and play around with the Volume and Audio settings
