Does Anyone Know How To Work Dvdfab Express?

I bought DVD Fab Express last night and am having trouble trying to understand how to work it. I don't really understand what it means when they say DVD Source or such things like that. I'm not really computer illiterate but I'm having a bit of trouble. If anyone can help me figure it out, please comment! THANKYOU!!!
