If I really love it and if i really want to know what happens, a 500 page book would be done in a day. If it's really boring, i would finish it in a year or not finish it at all.

if it catches my interest, i can finish it in about 1 - 3 days.
books for school usually take about a day or so as well because i always put it off until the last minute.
if its a boring book, it doesnt get read.

i finish books really quickly partly because i'm a fast reader but also because i skim a lot and still pick up the gist of the story.

I could finish an entire book in a day.

I remember Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire took me two days. Hey! IT's a long book.

hahaha.

i can read most of the harry potter series within twenty four hours. that means.. 1-4. straight through, no breaks.
no, im not kidding.

but the harry potter books are a pretty easy read.

the unabridged version of the count of monte cristo took me ages. the language composition was way hard to understand the first hour and half. so it took me over a day. btw, that book is like 1000 pages. i hate english class.

i dont know why i read so fast. people think im scanning, but im really not! but my speed reading explains why i trip over my words so often, since i talk extremely fasy as well.. since my brain seems to be constantly in fast forward mode.

I've read books in the span of one day, so I guess I'd have to say 1-3.

for me it really depends on if i like the book.
it might take me a while to read a book like i am reading this two hundred and some odd book for summer reading and it is going to probably take me another week to finish it.
it's just because the book isn't interesting at all.
but if i really like it i can read a two hundred page book in a day or two.
