hey =]

i was just wondering what you guys put in your scrambled eggs / omelet
i usually only put in cheese but i was wondering what you guys put in yours
so i can try them out
and also because scrambled eggs is one of the .. 2 foods i can make. (the other food being ramen)
so i wanna try different variations of it

and i'm really a novice at this food knowledge / cooking thing
so sorry if i offend anyone by generalizing together scrambled eggs and omelet
in my mind, if you just break up the omelet, you get scrambled eggs.. so..
there's probably a reason why they have different names so if you want to enlighten me on that you can go right ahead
:)

Oh maaaaan, I go all out with my omelets!
Given that I have the ingredients in my fridge...I normally use two eggs and add it with mushrooms, ham (other meat works too, but I like ham with my omelets), carrots, green/red bell peppers (rarely though), cheese (sometimes), onion, a little salt & pepper, potato (also rarely), annnd ketchup for a dip. Hehe~
I tend to do that with my food a lot...particularly with my omelets & ramen. smile.gif

I like Mexican omelettes, so I put beans, cheese, and salsa on it. I also put sour cream on top sometimes. It's so good. I love the vegeterian black bean omlette thingy at IHOP.

no matter the toppings, i always add enough fish sauce to color the eggs while i beat it. i love the flavor i get from that. and i like to have some minced garlic saute a bit in the oil before i pour in the beaten eggs.
