boil enough water for how many cups you want
put the desired amount of green tea in each cup (for tea leaves a teaspoon should do it or a teabag per cup)
let the water cool a bit (to not scald the leaves)
pour water into cup over leaves/teabag
steep for 3 minutes
enjoy!

Instant noodles are always unhealthy.
Unless you don't put in the flavors and just eat the noodles then probably not. [x

I don't think ones from supermarkets are similar to ones from asian stores.

If you want a healthier soup base, use a good quality miso base.

They are quick serve ramen, like you would find in any Japanese grocery store. If you live in Cali, go check out Mitsuwa Market. The one in Torrance on Western Ave. has all kinds of ramen & udon.
Still a lot of sodium in the soup base, but at least it TASTES good. The noodles taste way better than instant. You just boil them for about 2 mins; I like to rinse them in cold (filtered) water before combining with the soup base.
I rarely eat it, but it's quick and easy to make.
