I dont really like cucumbers..but when i was in China, at restaurants, they had cucumbers as appetizers..it was good smile.gif I was wondering...how do u guys eat cucumbers?? =D any good recipes?? or anything?! LOL

and u can chop ur cucumbers into slices and dip it in a dressing.

I LOVE cucumbers especially with Japanese ginger dressing.

I love it when they're completely soaked/marinated in a spicy tangy sauce, like they do in chinese restaurants.

i eat cucumbers in anyway.. i like it in my california rolls, i like it in my vietnamese hoagies, theres this spicy little side dish thingy that laos people eat well i take my cucumbers and slice it the long way and dip it in there to eat.

just sliced, sometimes with dressing or yoghurt
but its still good just eating by itself

i eat cucumbers with my banh mi, spring roll, & other asian foods :)
ahaha; but when i don't have that. i usually eat them with salt ><'

I love cucumbers ! Especially during the summer. Oh and I just eat it plain lOL XD
I cut them into sticks like carrot sticks or slice them up and eat it without dressing or any of those "death-due-to-obesity sauce" lOL.

my aunties mixes them with chopped up pieces of garlic, some sauce and hot peppers.
i like it with salad dressing, too : )

I love pickled cucumbers with garlic. I'm in Shanghai right now and I'm overjoyed to eat them at every meal.

My mom makes cucumbers with chopped garlic, sesame oil and vinegar. Awesomeee.
