Lol, a majority of my non-asian friends think im weird for eating KFC with steam rice. Hahaha. They say im fobby for doing it. And honestly.. whenever I go somewhere I always bring a container of steamed rice in my car just in case we go out to eat and I need to fulfill my appetite. I really don't get full in everything I eat without rice (except snack chips, etc.) And for my asian friends that ride in my car.. say things like " WOW YOU REALLY REPP ASIAN PRIDE DONT YOU? " cause they see my container of rice and my car is a subaru LMAO. Haha so im wondering.. how many of you soompiers out there eat kfc or anything american/fastfoodish with rice?

^yeah those asian always flock over to the chicken at costco. some even wait for the fresh ones to come out.

i cant stand kfc with asian rice. or spam and asian rice. i just dont like the combo.
i rather have it with mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw, and potato salad.

I dont like rice with my KFC

you need some cole slaw or mashed potatos & gravy and buttermilk biscuts to go with your fried chicken

but rice does go well with roast chicken or rotisserie chickens

I've never thought about trying it out. I just always eat KFC by itself. This thread gave me a laugh though . You do rep your Asian pride, huh? Hahaha.

when i went to KFC in the Philippines they give you rice as a side order with gravy...but it was good!
but yeah in my house if someone brings home sum chicken without the sides all we have is rice

but usually we buy biscuits, the potato wedges, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cole slaw so i get pretty full off of that with the chicken

Now that's what I'm talking about! Rice and Chicken are the best together!!! Must have the rice, I don't treat it as just KFC chicken it's like a side dish to go with the rice haha.
