i've noticed that rice goes well with practically everything, BUT what food are completely nasty when mixed with rice?

for me it would have to be banana and oranges my mom & dad used to eat that all the time

ketchup rice is good. especially if you add fried eggs with it. =]

my dad eats bananas with bread but with rice he eats watermelon or some sort of fruit with it when theres nothing else to eat in the house. =x

i used to eat rice with banana and soy sauce. NOT KIDDING. It was good!
Also, Rice with peanuts, salt, and sugar.

I think rice and ketchup would be nasty.
And people eat rice and water. I think that wouldn't taste very good.

Actually, there's sweet rice that is made into Vietnamese desserts that taste pretty okay (I'm unsure about other cultures).


Rice and fishsticks are a no go. I don't even like fishsticks.

OK...I have to say...I LOVE RICE WITH KETCHUP......and even rice and soysauce!! Its so delicious to me!!! but everyone else finds it nasty...but i love it <3 <3

lol no offense, but rice and coke sounds disgusting .

And like someone mentioned above, I also think that anything sweet/sugary doesn't go well with rice. Never heard of fruits with rice either
