Shouldn't you research this instead since you are doing a paper on it. I'm sure google can answer you better than most of us can.

Oh Oh!!! I know these!!!!
1. what's the name of first online game and the year it was created..? i know its from korea but i don't know the name and year it was created.. ^^"
YAY!!! I know this!
Mazewar, it's not Korean.
http://www.digibarn.com/history/04-VCF7-MazeWar/index.html
It was made in the early 90's. First game you can play from the same network (hence you get all the aspects of online gaming), actually I believe it was in the 80's one of the first games (if not the first) to be used on the internet via a modem.
XD I'm such a nerd
2. the average time spent on online games and internet per week.
Meh.... I used to spend around 12-15. But now I barely play internet games anymore... Maybe 0-2
3. there are ratings on online games as in the age limit for different types of online games..can you guys tell me what are
they..? there are different ratings in different countries..so if you guys know them, please share with me..thank you.
I can only tell you America's/Canada (under same system) and Korea's off the bat.
America.
EC- Early Childhood (Self explanatory)
E- Everyone (Safe for all ages)
E10- Everyone 10 and up (Self explanatory)
T- Teen (Recommended for 13 and up)
M- Mature (Recommended for 17 and up)
AO- Adults only (I think you get it ^.^)
In Korea
A- Everyone
12- Suitable for 12 and older
15- Suitable for 15 and older
18- Adults only
4. what are some online games you guys play..and why you play them?
Warcraft 3. Because first of all it takes a little brain activity to play, it's really intense in battle, and frankly it's always fun combining a Real Time Strategy genre with a tinge of RPGs.
Medal of Honor Allied Assault. Well I don't play this game anymore, but since it's my all time favorite First person shooter, I'll put it in. It's so fun, just the adrenaline rush, the creaking doors, the footsteps approaching you, knowing you and your sniper are the only thing between killing and dying. This game (with the right settings) requires a lot of teamwork. So that's why I enjoyed it. Also the graphics aren't that bad completely optimized.
Battlefield 1942: Classic.... Fly planes, drive jeeps, man the guns on tanks, be a medic, be a mechanic, be infantry. You got the whole package here. Doesn't require as much teamwork as Medal of Honor Allied Assault, but it's a great game just to have dogfights in the air and what not.
Rise of Nations: I enjoy the real time strategy genre, and I'm a history nerd, so this game combines the best of both. Being able to manipulate history while conquering the world!
5. if you are not applicaple for the games as in not age appropriate for you, will you still play it..? and how you get to play them..? by lying about your age..or..?
I don't play M games just because there's nothing that interests me..... All the games I really enjoy are in the T genre (First person shooters, Real Time Strategy, MMORPG) Uhhh also if your parent buys them for you, it's completely fine....
6. any other things you guys wanna share about online games and internet..
You gotta love and enjoy it. What a great way of killing stress on a rainy day. (When you can't run of course =P)
Although I am concerned for a lot of my friends who are (whether they admit it or not) World of Warcraft addicts. I mean when your friend plays a game 10-14 hours a day... y'know... there's something kinda wrong. And yet you don't want to steer them straight just because you know they enjoy it. It's not really even that complex of a paradox because you know intervening would be better, but you just don't do it.
World of Warcraft will become our generation's Evercrack....
Hope that helped
Also if you need to improve your researching skills some tips are kinda use other phrases that might lead you to the same place.
If you were looking for the first online game, try "The history of online gaming" or "Timeline of online gaming" etc. Not necessarily First online game ever or something.
Hope that helps ^.^
