Lately at work I see asian females working and they tend to be petite/weak/quiet. They dont have that charisma and strong willed character compared with the caucasian females. Like they dont have confidence or something which is a turn off for me. whats up with that? are asian females lacking the "girl power" nowadays?

Are they new to your work place? They could be nervous or something like that. Give them time, they might become more....er....energetic. Or it could just be them , but not all Asian girls are weak.

Umm, a lot of Asian girls are shy, and they tend to be more conservative because of their parents.

Some can be quite the opposite though. You just happen to live at the wrong place on the planet, hun.

I think you shouldn't use the word weak to describe the Asian girls you are talking about. It could just be the way they were brought up. And I don't know about you but I know a whole lot of them who are strong-willed and can work wonders!!!

i`uno about the girls ur talking about but i'm pretty aggressive/violent. i have a lot of pride and no one puts it down without a price. -shrugs- maybe ur taking their shy/quietness the wrong way. what if they're just being cold to you because they don't like you. i mean, i come off as shy/quiet but it's really just sort of closeness i have towards ppl at first, like a defense mechanism. -shrugs- did u try talking to them? looks can be decieving.

it depends on how they were raised.
in asia, the girls there are taught to be submissive. For the guys, some do, some don't.
that's why in college, many international asian students sit on the back of the class and don't really raise their hands to answer the teacher's questions or give their opinoins as often as the americans,
they don't stick out, but still get very good grades.

I've met many asian females like that too. I know there are shy caucasian females as well but they don't stand out as being shy as much as some asian girls do. In every class I have there is one asian girl who barely talks and answers the teacher so quietly you can barely hear her (I can think of 4 girls right now) they seem so fragile and the teachers treat them really nice because they are sweet and get very good grades. I think these girls seems so shy because they are mostly in ESL and arn't confident with their english however physically they are still very tiny/skinny and extremely girly. I dunno....but I see girls like this all the time. I think they are really cute and I bet when they are with their friends they act all crazy'n'loud.

ehhh...I don't know about weak but....a lot of my friends (including myself) are quiet and don't really talk loudly in class...for me it's because sometimes I don't feel comfortable, especially with a bunch of strangers...that doesn't mean we're "weak"...We get really loud and crazy all together....but anyways...the girls might not be used to the workplace and might be uncomfortable with strangers...maybe give them some time...it takes some people awhile to open up sometimes...

Maybe it's just where you live. I know soooooooooo many ASian girls who'd eat you alive! LOL... well not literally but they can quite intimidating. I'm sometimes seen as quiet and shy but that's usually because I just can't be bothered to say anything to strangers. But if you got me talking I'd be very loud and talk non-stop. If you pissed me off I'd try and break your pinky fingers... Lol. Not all Asian girls are quiet or whatever, there's a mix of both, same with caucasian girls and any other race girls.
