any of you guys ever heard of Something Corporate? i guess they can be categorized as punk rock. a lot of people like to call them piano rock too cause they incorporate a lot of piano into their music. it's really cool. well these guys are like my #1 lol. i suggest you guys check them out, even if you're not into rock music that much. all their albums are great, but i'd suggest "North" as a reccomendation. more unique and catchier than the other albums imo. i'll edit this post with info/discography if this thread gets enough replies.

and while i'm on the topic of SoCo, i might as well mention Jack's Mannequin. JM is a solo project from SoCo's vocalist, Andrew McMahon. his songs are awesome too~

yupyup both soco & jm are amazing~ im so glad my friend introduced me to their music. always good lyrics and melodies. i actually prefer jm over soco. i can never get tired of any of their songs.

I've heard of them. I only remember liking that one song by JM.
I've tried listening to SoCo maybe 2.5 years ago... I don't remember how that worked out (it didn't, really) but I think I just couldn't keep my attention on it.

Suggest a song?

omg I love SoCo
I think I like their North album the best
JM is pretty good too
but I'm not that huge of a fan

Love love love Soco, I'm so glad JM will be doing a second album before Soco gets back together..
I was obsessed with Andrew Mcmahon for the longest time (lead singer of both)
I used go to JM concerts.. Damn I miss them haha
