oops. ok...then, here's a recipe from the site above...
Cheese Rice
Ingredients:
Rice
Bowl
Cheese (Preferrably Kraft American Slices)
Directions:
You put rice in a microwaveable bowl. The type of bowl you use is key because non-microwaveable bowls explode. Then you take one (1) slice of Cheese and place on top of rice. Microwave on High for one minute. Enjoy with a side of uncooked vienna sausages straight out of the can.

Kimchi Fried Rice
Great with any type of oriental soup like seaweed soup or miso soup. You can use more rice or use less kimchi juice to make it less spicy.

3 tbsp. Sesame seed oil (divided)
1/2 pound Beef, cut into small bite-size pieces (any cut except ground)
1 cup Chopped kimchi
1/4 cup Kimchi juice
2 to 3 cups Cooked white rice (leftover rice works great)
1/4 cup Chopped green onion
1 tbsp. Toasted sesame seed
Preparation
1. In a large pot, cook the beef in 2 Tbsp. of sesame seed oil until done.
2. Add the kimchi and simmer for 20 minutes stirring ocassionally.
