How do YOU order your steak? I ALWAYS order them rare. I love the texture and the taste. Mmmmmmmm...

haha, I like my steak 'well done' .. but I don't mind medium-rare either. I don't really like rare .. especially since you can still sorta see the blood or w/e it is. LOL.

Depends on where I'm ordering... if I'm at a bona fide steak house where I can trust them to get it right then I order medium rare, otherwise medium.

One time I was eating with a group and one of the guys in the group, nicknamed "Bear", ordered his steak "so rare that it still goes moo" rolleyes.gif

Medium rare. Unless it's Wagyu or Matsuzaka, then closer to rare.

medium rare. Steak was meant to be eaten with some blood flowing lol.
I converted my parents and my roomie to it lol
My sister still can't stand seeing the redness.

If it's at the Outback Steakhouse, then it's usually medium rare.... everywhere else, I order rare!!! I love bloody meat.... even at the Vietnamese restaurant, when I order Pho, I asked them to put the thinly sliced beef on the side!!!
