Hi!
My firefox is not working. It won't connect with the internet but my IE is working fine. I've tried to reinstall it but it's still the same. I think there might be some updating problem because firefox couldn't update a program call BlackJapan 2.0. I've downloaded it but it's not working. I was wondering if your firefox is working? And do you know how to fix it? THX!

My firefox is working, but isn't black Japan just a skin type? I'm not really sure about your problem sorry.

Go to tools tab>options>Connections seting
make sure you select direct connection
Shot at 2007-07-21
Check if your software firewall like"norton, zonealarm, sygate" are blocking firefox from accessing the web.
I kind of doubt it's a hardware firewall that causing firefox to not connect cuz ur IE can browse the web.
if the above two ideas don't work try to uninstall blackjapan2.0 and reinstall it.

Try Firefox in safe mode and uninstall extensions and or themes.
