-Do you take it out on other people?

HA. usually when i'm mad i'd be really quiet and not talk to anyone. it's like my punishment to others, which is mean, but hey, i'm mad. i'm pretty hot tempered, and i thank my dad for that -rolls eyes-

i tend to take my anger out on those who im ver close with. completely wrong and bad.. but i've stopped now @_@;;
i usually take things out on my cell phone @_@;;
i`ll throw it across the room and let it hit the wall and etc. (even though i go crazy when i drop my phone when im not mad)
or i`ll sceam like crazy into the pillow or cuss it all out.

Actually, when i'm mad.. I type it on the computer. xD; I'll start pumping my energy on the typing, and than i'll forget what i'm mad about. (: It helps, I can tell you that.
My mother & sister actually take it out on people, so I learn from them and take it out on my writing/computer.. lmfao. xD!

Eekk.. i tend to take it out on my boyfriend sometimes.. thats because he gets me more frustrated at that time :| he's not supporting me.. and when that happens.. I write out my anger.. or listen to some relaxin music.. just to calm myself down sigh...*

Hmmm... I tend to take it out on ppl. I just get quiet and when they ask me if I'm mad or whatever, I'll just answer in a really sarcastic tone with a short answer. If not, then I take it out on my hobbiesXP

when i'm mad i just call my bf and tell him everything!! i usually go to my room and browsing the web and call my bf.. he usually listen to me and give me advices..

I start talking one-word language. LOL. and then i'll talk kinda loud when i'm peeved or upset. but oh well. I feel bad after that.

It's really frustrating when you're peeved but you can't be straight forward about it. It makes me even more peeved.

depends..if I'm mad while I'm talking to someone I'll just curse them out and insult them. One time I punched my ex boyfriend and hit him on his arm a few times. If it's on the phone I'll just hang up on them and sometimes I end up throwing the phone and whatever else I have in my hand. Usually when I'm furious I end up crying out of frustration. Lately I've been smoking when I get mad. I tend to isolate myself when I'm mad too. I have a bad temper.
