Anyway...so what are some healthy alternatives for the bigger meals like lunch and dinner. I don't really mean snacks though, but you can post them up as well.

i love carrots.
you could dip them in a little bit of balsamic vinegar mixed with evoo and water.
super good and healthy.
not really sure if balsamic vinegar is good for you..
but i know evoo is. omega-3 fatty acids! good for the heart!!
this dressing is better than the thick original ones.
since you only have to dip it once and you get a really thin layer but the taste is great!
with the white/mayo ones a lot of people scoop it and eat way too much dressing.
for lunch i usually eat a sandwich and some fruit.. i also drink lots of water.
dinner i like eating my mom's asian food. LOL.
can't resist.
but just don't pig out on asian food! if you do you'll start getting fat.
most asian stuff are fried or covered with A LOT of sauce or salty..
and asian people don't measure either.. well most don't.

with
grilled/baked/steamed chicken breast(no skin,) lean pork tenderloin, fish, lean cuts of meat
with
brown rice
For flavouring, use herbs, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and stuff like that
breakfast I usually do a egg white omlette with veggies and lean cuts of meat

my mom recently bought a juice maker and started making apple with carrot juice. It tastes ok..and she drinks just this juice she makes everymorning for breakfast. she lost about 2 pounds in the first week.

and fill up for lunch as well.
eat light for dinner - avoid carbs at night cos that's when you gain the most weight. soups and salads and vegetables work well. try to avoid meat during dinner - eat them during breakfast or lunch cos they help to nourish the brain esp when you're in school and all.
it's bst to eat small snacks in between cos that helps you to avoid bingeing/eating too much during your proper meal.
try fruits like cherries , plums berries and all for snacks since they're much more easy to eat.
avoid refined carbs, try brown rice and beans/legumes/oats for carbs. they make you less hungrier and doesn't give a sudden sugar spike.
drink lots and lots of water, sometimes we mistake thirst for hunger and end up over eating ^^

I'm gonna take water around with me everywhere now
I have been recently, and I think it helps with skin as well.

I don't eat lunch; I never did actaully. But now I eat series of snacks including yogurt, vegetables, or fruits
dinner I skip that sometimes but when I don't, it's usually in small portions of Korean foods
