I'm taking it right now at the local community college. A lot of videos and lectures. Multiple-choice tests without essays. Gotta love summer courses.

ooh i took this course at pcc last year
very simple, no essays, watching educational videos, open-note multiple-choice tests, a fun textbook to read

like I imagine it would be because it's psychology so it helps you understand people better.

^I think socialolgy, explains that better. Psychology was basically talked about the disorders, child development and conformity.

I'm taking it at Harvard this summer, and we just took our midterm.
The midterm was kinda hard, but our prof said our final will be easier because a bunch of people went up to him after the test and were lik T____T theexamsuckedlikewhoa

I think the class is really interesting, but it might also depend on your professor, i guess.
we haven't done any essays.... but then again, it's over the summer so...

i took psych last year
it was basically
-videos (like a beautiful mind)
-lecture
-textbook & a lot of activities, like analyzing case studies and blah blah
-mulitple choice tests with 2 essays on each test. (gah!!)


i think psych is just busy work. lol.

i'm taking AP psych next year
and i hear it's a LOTT of writing.
i REALLY REALLY wanted to do sociology but my counselor wouldnt let me =.=
lame.
so i chose psychology instead
...kinda in the same ballpark. isnt it? kinda sorta??

AP psych..after I took the ap test, all I could think of was psych...i even wrote about freud and all this other stuff on my ap lang test..

ap psych is easy & i think it's good to know for a lot of college majors.. it's always good to know how people will probably react to something or how the mind works etc.
there's a TON of information you have to memorize, but it's not hard. if you put the time into it you'll probably do really well :]
plus you get to do some fun experiments and watch movies that have to do with psych (omg i sound like a nerd)

lol u should take it during the sumeer. its so effing easy xD just listen to lectures (most of it is just common sense and memorizing), and watch videos, study for 1 hr b4 the multiple coice test and ace it xDDD
