After just one workout you'll understand why people call Tae-Bo addictive, fun, powerful and life changing. These high calorie burning routines work your upper and lower body with as much intensity as you can manage, whilst Billy gives you all the encouragement you need to get the results you want.

^saw this on the internet...

just a few pictures of him and his dvds..

thanks!! smile.gif

OOO! I love taebo...for me it's fgreat..I do it while listening to my mp3 player....His workouts work and he is very sincere. I lost 30 lbs so far...still got more to lose...Now i'm looking to tone up and get some muscle. Been slacking off...LOL..but if you stick with it, you will see results..But listen to him, when he says learn the moves..take it slow until you're comfortable. (BTW the 30 lbs came off in about 3-3.5 months) which is great!!!

I think taebo was very simple to learn. It's hard for a second or two for each move because your so unfamiliar with it, but after a while you get the hang of it.

Yeah , it works if you do it every 2 days ? Or even better every day !
I have the total gat blaster ? I think its called blush.gif too lazy to look .
Umm my sister did only 15 mins of it every so often and it works .
The reason why you may not want to do it for so long is because . . .
IT'S TIRING ! But when I first got it , I did the whole video , not that fun
but you can feel yourself burn off that fat haha .

His moves aren't so difficult to learn..There is a learning curve. But He does have beginner's dvds...you can start with one of those...then once you get the hang of it....It's great.....

i have the original on vhs, tried it for 3 weeks in the summer, but couldnt continue because my grandmother came over to visit until i went off to college. I got really toned, but visible weight loss wasnt seen until a month after.

I tried this in dance class in the eighth grade, which was so many years ago. I don't think it did much for me, it was fun though

thanks for sharing everyone!!!
i finally bought the dvd today...
so now i can share my experience!~ biggrin.gif

First off, the moves.
It started off with some stretching, but the beat was rather quick so it didn't seem like loosening my muscles...
I found most of them, the moves, quite easy to learn.
He teaches it really good.
Slow first, then speeds up.
One of the moves, the one where we had to kick our leg up high and pull it quite a few times, was really difficult..
I couldn't balance very well on one foot.. dry.gif

Time and length wise, the dvd i bought was called Active and the whole thing was like 40 minutes.
I started sweating after 15 minutes and after that the sweat bullets came rolling down...
My tracksuit was drenched after the 40 minutes.

My first impression:

-not hard to learn
-very intense
-very fun
-good support from Billy, even though he's in the screen. sweatingbullets.gif
-can feel results 15 minutes after workout, believe it or not, my arms are tensing while i'm typing this. smile.gif

i'll post more of my experience with Tae Bo as time progresses!!
keep on sharing your experiences~

used to do this two years back with the roomies... we would just end up cracking up looking at billy's expressions and moves... some of them are raunchy and funny... but nevertheless he's very effective

It's a very good workout! The one I got was about 50 minutes. But it's really tiring and you need stamina. I like Turbo Jam more since the one I have of that is 40 minutes and it seems more enjoyable. But Tae Bo is really good. I just lack the energy to use it regularly XD.

i bought the videos a year or so ago and it was really intense.
he'd start out with like really easy warm ups and after you finish the whole thing, you're really tired. i find that you get more of a workout when you use the bands.

i'd recommend BB's Taebo to anyone who wants to get some exercise.
