Don't do this..
I heard about this from one of my aunts (who tried it) and asked my doctor about it...
My aunt has been drinking literally two shots of white vinegar everyday for the past few years to lose weight and stay pale.
She def. lost a lot of weight (and might I add is kind of disgustingly skinny now) and is also pale, ghostly pale.
I was really confused about this so I asked my doctor, because I always thought white vinegar had too much acid for you ingest.
My doctor said NOT TO TAKE WHITE VINEGAR INTO YOUR SYSTEM LIKE THAT. It is too much acid (PH of 11) and can puncture your stomach,
but the bigger issue is the PH of 11 will dilute your blood (thinning it) and cause your body to literally deteriorate slowly.
But this PH of 11 is what causes you to become thin and pale.
White vinegar is to only be used by the teaspoons and combined with meals if you plan to ingest it.
And it's also used to clean household items. I don't think you want to be taking shots of something strong enough to clean your kitchen. =T
But just don't try this, my aunt just recently stopped taking these shots and is now on some vitamin pills trying to revive her body.
She's also diagnosed as an anorexic and might not be able to gain back any weight due to her body's deterioration. x_x
And it's APPLE CIDER VINEGAR that you can ingest.. but the dosage in this has to be right also.
I think everyone should consult with your doctors before trying any chemicals, whether ingesting it or externally.
