i dropped five in a week on what i thought was healthy but still not sure yet o.o;
(no breakfast--i never eat breakfast -during schooldays-.. lunch(i never eat lunch), at around 6 i buy a bigfatcookie and eat it while walking from work to home .. and i didn't eat dinner) oh and on fridays when i don't work i play handball~~ dropped 18 in 2 weeks but gained back like 5~

i realized what i typed was completely irrelevant =p
if i wanted to follow that diet it wouldn't work out cuz im impatient and i like to see results fast. (don't bash me! lol i know what ya'll would say) but yeeah.

not too many people here are keen on not so fast results.
(add some exercise to it, it'll be faster).

you thought this was healthy??
based on what you said, you dont eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner. and only had a cookie for 4 days a week?
and im assuming you eat at least one meal on fridays since you dont work.
you sound like you're starving yourself.
i hope you dont still eat like this

and i think i read somewhere else that your body adjusts how many calories you burn everyday depending on how much you eat so after a while it won't have as much effect...
exercising is still the way to go...

Plus, you don't know exactly how many calories your body will burn, and you'll have to count calories, which is a pain in the ass.

Yeah, the best thing is to do some kind of sport and eat regularly and healthily. It's boring when I say it but it's the only way XD
After all, what's a year in a whole life -__-. Actually, you'd lose weight gradually...

you diet sounds very unhealthy and not much nutrition at all what so ever o_O
