So I just bought a Motorola SLVR L7c from Verizon and I'm having trouble gettin my phone 2 sync with the comp. I bought the music kit 4 it and installed the required program However, after I used the USB cable 2 connect my phone 2 the comp and tried 2 sync my phone 2 the comp., it doesn't work. "Connection Failure, please check the cable connection to the PC" < that's wat appears on my phone and the Verizon Music Essentials program doesn't recognize the device!
Does anyone knoe y I can't connect/sync my MOTOSLVR L7c to my comp? THANKS!
