So I thought since a lot of soompiers wanted to have a healthy diet, we should come up with an action plan consisting goals and actions that we could take to achieve our goal to obtain a healthy diet.

Like what should I do if I want to increase my fruits and veggies intakes to 4 servings a day???
What are some actions I can and will take?

or simple like what should I do to lose weight? Well some actions you should take is to get up at least 30 min. than your usual wake-up time and do some simple warm-up exercise. that's a start.

well i'll go first??

1) What should i do if I want to go on a vegetarian diet to explore new foods instead of chicken, ham, and pork everyday?

I don't have any actions yet.. anyone wanna help?

Don't go vegetarian. It's much harder to get the nutrients you need when you limit your food variety. Anyway, if you want to lose some weight, I suggest you start running, eat smaller portions, and sleep more often.
