nah just eat more regulary~~ even if ur not hungry just eat
eat the healthy stuff too... not just junk food!!
carbs are good ~ mMMmm how i miss carbs haha

um, that's kinda unhealthy, lol
eat more and exercise more. and of course try not to stress yourself out, my cousin is 5'1 and weighs 85lbs...that's what she's doing.

umm i would say try increasing the portion of food you eat, not all at once but little by little.
you should still eat healthy, but in larger portions.

by doing push-ups you can gain muscles =]

instead of drinking/eating low fat dairy products go with the fuller fat type? like 2%-whole milk
eat lots of lean protein and essential fatty acids, not just the "trans" and "sat fats" so like, salmon, fish, chicken.. lean red meats. protein will help you bulk up/gain, it does not by any means make one thinner just by eating it.
eat every like 2 hours or so? i don't know. but make sure you eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack ?
you can always try going to sleep on a full-ish stomach, then the extra unburned calories can go into becoming pounds on the scale? i don't think that's too unhealthy, actually i don't know
When you eat too much fruit/veggies, they are very very full of fiber and fiber just goes through your system and comes out. that's why most fruits/veggies are called like zero calorie/empty calorie foods because they just end up burning off more calories than they contain because the body has to keep on digesting that fiber and keep it moving along. so- if you eat only them and a lot, trying to gain weight.. it might just make you lose a little more. and you might get bloated b/c the fiber and all that stuff will just collect in your intestines/rectum/tummy as waste product. and you'll poop a lot. so, make sure to eat like the right types. you can eat avacadoes, they fattened me up. and soy beans/edame .. snack on roasted soy beans / soy nuts b/c they're high in the right fats and will fill you out perfectly. and they're very full of the right types ot vitamins/fats
just watch what you eat and if it's stress related, maybe you need to just collect yourself every once in a while and think for your well being. just make sure to always remember to eat a meal, don't skip for whatever means b/c health should come first. if you can't remeber to eat- schedule it in or something.
