hmm best way is to exercise and lose some weight, go on a diet, that's the best way..
to lose fat on stomach, do crunches, want your legs and arms slimmer, jog everyday =)

If you're skinny already or don't have that much fat but are just flabby then you can tone up by doing exercises like
* push ups. lunges. squats. lifting weights.
* pilates

hmm.. if u dont wanna lift weights then maybe u shud pull ur arms to be longer and less flaps??????? and ur legs jsut jog upstairs on ur stairs and such??
