I havent seen a topic about her so i decided to make one

Erika Sawajiri


Erika Sawajiri was born on April 8th , 1986.
She is an actress, model and a singer. Erika is japanese and french algerian.
Erika first started out as a model in 1999, then became an actress.
She has done many dramas.


One of the dramas Erika has done was called "One Litre of Tears" (2005) her character is Aya Ikeuchi.
this story was about a girl who has a disease called spinocerebellar degeneration.
this disease slowly takes away someones ability to move, walk, ect.
Erika became very popular after this drama.

A drama erika did called Taiyou No Uta (Song to the Sun) started her music career. She played a character name Kaoru Amane. Kaoru has a disease called XP and is not able to go out into the sun. She plays the guitar and goes out during the night and plays her guitar as a street musician. Erika did 2 songs called "taiyou no uta" and "stay with me" she came out with these songs under the name Kaoru Amane.

but good god have you seen this girl recently? WAY TOO MUCH eye makeup recently. i think it's cause of her new music image?

still pretty, but she doesn't need much eye makeup to make her look prettier, she's got that natural beauty..

I just found out that Taiyou no Uta the movie came after the drama and that she was the girl...pretty girl. I'm looking into the drama now. =)

I'll have to admit that she's a talented actress and I prefer her clean look- she was so cute in 1LOT. But I can't seem to be a fan after I finally learned about her actual.. personality (people that are into the J-entertainment a lot would know what I'm talking about).

^Yeah, I'm the same as you. I don't mind it that much - I still respect her for her acting chops - but it's a little... disappointing, I guess? It really contrasts with her innocent looks, haha.

she's so pretty and innocent looking, i would think that her personality's like that.
