Walking for two hours everyday may seem easy to do, but it really isn't. Trust me.. walking may seem easy, but when you've got to do two hours worth of it, you'll want to kill yourself! My suggestion is to save yourself an hour and 40 minutes by just running 20 minutes three times a week instead of walking for two hours a day. Not only will you be saving a lot of time, but you give yourself a schedule that is easy to work with, which is important because you actually want to stick to your workout regimen.

5.4 is really fast
you're pratically running
O_o
Yeah, I do agree with that. It is pretty fast.
Aren't most treadmills on a speed from 1 to 10? Well.. technically 0.1 to 10.
That's how my treadmill is.
I pretty much run on speeds 3 to 4, by alternating.
I don't really get how you're going to walk a speed of 5.4
Are you powerwalking?
But, yeah. I think you should just jog a few miles instead of walking for 2 hours. It saves you time.

i think urs is 5.4kilometers/hour
while they are refering to miles......
5.4 km/h is actualli quite slow...try walking at 5.8-6 with a slight incline...ull burn more calories that way
n ull tone up ur legs hehe

contrary to popular belief, significant muscle growth does NOT occur when you run. your legs will NOT bulk up if you run daily.

I don't know, I don't think that is the only option. I don't know if you have a treadmill or you go to the gym, but I am pretty sure if you ask the trainers at the gym they will show you a specific equipment (or machine) to target your calves or a kind of basic exercise to tone it (very easy, and free

yes, i'm sure. you do not build large amounts of muscle, if any at all, from walking, running, or even sprinting. a lot of people buy into the misconception that hard running equals bulky legs while distance running equals lean legs due to olympic sprinters and long distance runners.
olympic sprinters dont have huge muscular legs because they sprint, they have huge legs because they do massive lower body weight training.
and look at marathon runners. top marathon runners run like at a pace of 12mph! and they have tiny, scrawny looking legs.
