What's The Most Weight You've Lost?

So what's the most weight you've lose?

the most weight i've lost was 20 lbs.
i did not eat past 7 and walked almost everyday.

I once lost 20 lbs when I got sick. I kept the weight off for a long time...until college made me gain 15 of it back. TT_TT

i lost like... 15-16 lbs when i drove down to georgia, i ate only a breakfast thing from burger kings twice, and slept most of the way, i had few snacks, next thing u know i propped myself up on the scale in the bathroom at someone's house in georgia and it said i was like 112

Like 20+ lbs.
I was sick plus I just got braces with a retainer that was glued in my mouth =/
Hard to eat...
Rawr I gained some back.

I went from being 5' 4'', 160 lbs to 5'4'' 120 lbs

25lbs.
went wayway underweight. it was pretty gross looking in the mirror haha.

but then i gained back 10lbs. & went sort of back to the weight i was 'required' to be haha.

recently i lost those 10lbs. in 2weeks though

another more 10lbs. and i'll be happy haha(;

10lbs but that took around 2-3 months? i lost around 4lbs in the course of 2weeks before my prom.. mainly water weight though.

but when i was like 2-5ish i was a chubby, chubby kid. yeah double chubby. and i lost most of it, i'm not sure how much, but i lost enough to make me smaller, i was about in 5-6th grade-ish. but i'm trying to loose some baby fat, and braces help me loose about 5-8 pounds, but i gain it back

it's just from cutting of sodas and junk foods, and hasn't gained them back since then

I had food poisoning.

Keep in mind that brought me down to 100lbs at 5'6'' tall.

wow. my situation is kinda like yours...

the most i lost was 70 pounds... in the past three years.
but then i got a boyfriend and gain 10 pounds.
but we broke up a lil less than a month ago, and i lost like 12 pounds.

so yeah... all together i lost about 70 pounds.
