Cabbage Soup Diet Anyone done it before?

I discovered this diet a long time ago but I haven't tried it out yet...I was wondering if anyone's tried it before and what were the results.

it's not going to be long term.

i don't think i could survive a day with only cabbage soup. dry.gif

ooh my mom did something very similar this
she kind of altered her version
but i think its the same thing
she did lose weight
like 5 pounds in one week?
im not too sure
you have to be careful when you're off the diet
cause you might gain it back
but its good for like a quick weight loss?

...just... exercise and cut out all processed foods and start cooking on ur own. that's the ONLY way to loose fat (and trust me, you want to be loosing fat, not muscle).

i agree... eating "special" for an amount of time to lose weight is not gonna work.. u'll gain it all back when you're not on the "special" meal anymore.. that's how i gained back the 30 lbs faster then when i lost it

If you eat nothing but tomato soup, you'll also lose weight! Dang, how many diet ideas are going to spread?
