Beach Body Stuff...hip Hop Abs, Turbo Jam, P90x, Slim In 6, Etc. Which one worked the best for you ?

I really want to get into shape soon. These beach body stuff, has anyone here tried it? I have the turbo jam live remix, and its fun, but i've only tried it for 3 days so i can't really say anything about it.

But has anyone else tried hip hop abs, p90x, slim in 6, etc. etc?

If so... i have a few questions:

1) Is it fun?
2) How many times do you do it?
3) Which one do you love the most?
4) How long for you to see the results?
5) What did your results show you?
6) Are you happy?
7) How much lbs have you shed since you started these programs?


Why cry? I'm a stronger girl now because of you. So, why cry?

I have TJ and HHA

both are fun
but HHA is not as intense as TJ, since it focuses on stomach area.
HHA doesnt burn as much calories as TJ, IMO.
TJ is really a total body workout. Do TJ if you want to burn lots of calories. HHA if you just want to do light workout and want to focus more on the stomach area.
TJ has Ab Jam, I don't like it very much, since I don't like doing exercises on the floor.
I prefer HHA, for abs workout.

I do HHA when I'm bored w/ TJ, and vise versa

I can't answer bout the results questions, since I only workout once or twice / week, only when I'm in the mood.
I'm lazy. mellow.gif
