I really want to get into shape soon. These beach body stuff, has anyone here tried it? I have the turbo jam live remix, and its fun, but i've only tried it for 3 days so i can't really say anything about it.
But has anyone else tried hip hop abs, p90x, slim in 6, etc. etc?
If so... i have a few questions:
1) Is it fun?
2) How many times do you do it?
3) Which one do you love the most?
4) How long for you to see the results?
5) What did your results show you?
6) Are you happy?
7) How much lbs have you shed since you started these programs?
