so i had my wisdom teeth removed on thursday. and since then, i've been suffering from the lack of care instructions. my mom took the post-surgery instructions then failed to mention them to me. can anyone answer my questions??

1. when should i remove the gauze?? i only have barely a stain coming out...and the gauze is starting to make my mouth ache.
2. a part of my jaw is still numb (its saturday today)...did my surgeon do nerve damage?? theres no way that an anesthetic would last this long...
3. when can i start brushing my teeth?? i'm tired of sitting at home with bad breath =_=
