hi everybody =]
of course, i'm using the summer to get into good shape & all
and i've been watching what i'm eating, etc, etc
(though i eat TONS of peanuts. they cant be that fattening right?)
and i was just wondering if you exercise too much
like, overworking your body,
you wont benefit at the fullest from the exercises
i dont know where i got that idea but i keep thinking it
so i think somebody told me that long time ago
my swim coach told me your body needs at least 48 hours to recuperate after a hard workout
& i trust what he says
b/c he goes/went to school for swim/exercising stuff
(and that's why coaches taper before a big meet/game, isnt it?)
i dont know what that has to do with anything.. just some useful info, i guess
anyway, trying to validate it
