Sheryl Crow waits offstage as nanny Marva keeps 3-month-old son Wyatt quiet with a pacifier at the Crossroads Guitar Festival in Chicago on Saturday.

Sheryl also put noise-canceling headphones on baby Wyatt to keep the sound levels down while she performed on stage with Eric Clapton.

Does the baby looks somewhat… tortured?

Maybe she shouldn't have brought the baby with her to the concert. The baby & the nanny don't look too happy at all....

That nanny looks mean. Like she doesn't care at all. But what is up with sheryl? the baby is upset. Hold the baby when its upset.

The headphones are to protect it ears. A babys eardrums can get really damaged. Hes crying because babies cry for all types of reasons. Do you really think she would keep a babysitter that hurt her kid (as far as she knows) My daughter cries if she doesnt like her socks. Lighten up people. The sitters not shoving that pacifier she holding it so it doesnt fall.

i definitely agree from an opinion of a mother!...

just because her child was photographed crying doens't mean she's a 'bad mother'...
