Finally got to listen to it and I love the previews of Lady Galaxy, RC: 1986-1105 feat. Rah-D, Our Love, STILL, and along with the great tracks like Candle Lights, Your Color and Winter Love; Made in Twenty is probably and easity my Favorite Japanese BoA album.
I think BoA has finally bought some of her Korean style into her Japanese music. Made in Twenty has variety of songs from cute/pop, ballads, to Hip Hop-ish.
I can't wait til the album comes out.

I think the reason this thread isn't as big as the others is because we actually talk about things that is relevant to BoA.
Not like "Oh my gosh BoA is so pretty" or "God I love her, she has a great voice" no offense but some of the threads are full of comments such as this especially the boy bands.

I like Prayer but first time I listen to it it was so-so but I've learned to like it now.
I think if you don't like Prayer or Lady Galaxy you'll hate Revolution Code: 1986-1105 feat. Rah-D since those songs are similar with a hip/hop-ish style to them.

We keep the "who looks good with BoA" posts to a minimum in here, and that's certainly one reason that her thread is so small.
There are artists who haven't done as much as BoA, and they have big threads.

Her album is definitely more mature; I guess with the exception of "Brand New Beat."
She's almost giving me a 'Ciara' vibe with her "Lady Galaxy" and "Prayer" songs.
So... dancing + hip-hop outfits + darker colors ?
But I could be totally wrong and the MV could be like another BNB.

Im not that disappointed that BoA didnt attend MBC.
I mean she wouldnt have done something so great anyway, last year her performance was some short remix of GOT which was like 2 minutes and like no one was cheering lol. And it didnt even look like she was trying, sigh.
The crowd started going loud when DBSK came out and their Rising Sun remix was fricking 4 mins long or something.
Well yeah.
MBC sucks without BoA anyway, like I want to watch DBSK do 'O' again, I've seen it like over 90000 tiems alright, so sick of it lol.
And the other SM members well I dont really give a damn about them. So yeah.

Yeahhh but like astareal said I dont think BoAs gonna be surprising Korea anytime soon, even though I really hope she bombs them suddenly with a KOH perf or something. Maybe an old song too.
She is really TOO busy in Japan,and she has the time to spend on something more important.

After the Arena Tour she has to fly back and start her Korean album preperations right away, practise the choreography for her songs and sing them all perfectly. Then promote promote promote.
I hope she does some special comeback event, like a small concert/tour. But I can understand if she did a few more lipsynch this year than live, even though she already did less lives than lipsynch last year, shes so damn busy this year~
Didnt DBSK do something like that? So yeah...

BoA needs to do something special for her Korean album this year~ XD She missed out so much Korea last year~
But still I dont want BoA overworked.

yeah... seriously, this thread is one of those few that actually 'discuss' things. and those 'things' are not about how 'cute or 'hot' she looked (lol~we discuss those things too but...not like in every page!) i think what separates us from the others is that we are not 'BLIND' fans. we don't say her performance was 'awesome!' when its not... just like her Kouhaku one... most of us said that it wasn't really good...

I think this album really pwnz with its different songs etc.

People complain about the upbeat ones ripping off other artist's songs, but it doesnt bother me at all.
Maybe Lady Galaxy's part kind of annoys me but its not a big deal.

^I agree. But we can't talk about other threads in this thread, because that would cause issue if they see it.
So as much as possible, we should avoid posting negative comments about other posters as respect to them.
The BSG thread also talks about what BSG has been doing... but yes they do talk about how she looks good with YunHo or JaeJoong.
But as fans... you can't really avoid that.


We have to admit, we did talk about whom BoA looks good with... lol (*cough* Brian... and some DBSK boys *cough*)
It's just that we only talk about it like 5% of the time, while other threads probably talk about for about 75% of the time.


So we should just stop talk about other threads to make our thread look good. -o-
We should know better than that.

Yeah, I'd like BoA's Soompi thread to be special; one of the few places where meaningless posts are rarely found.
It's natural to do these pairings with BoA, but I don't want that to go overboard.
I like things the way they are now in terms of posts; I see a lot of well thought-out posts here. No 'blind' fans here. :] Very happy about that.
Although, from the way it looks now, not too many people will even see some of these controversial posts; no one ever really visits except you guys.
