but her overall album is really good!

(and sometimes i do believe that she sounds better singing in japanese.. Most of her korean songs.. her voice sounds very strained...
but then again.. she has covered wayy more types of genres in japanese songs than in korean. so im really anticipating her next korean album cause her voice has improved a lot!)

Well, it doesn't really matter to me whether she's singing in japanese/Kor to me anymore... I always wanted a korean album like WHATEVERRR >_<;; I'm really korean-biased to be honest. But Made In Twenty really impressed me.
IT'S SUCH A GOOD ALBUM AND JAPANESEEEE, ALL OF YOU ARE SOOOO GONNA BUY THIS ALBUM ! =D!!

She's sounding nasal these days because she changed her 'style' of ballads -o-
You don't hear her singing ballads like nothing's gonna change anymore. Her ballads are way more challenging these days. Which is GOOD <333 She hits super low notes in Ourlove~tomyparents~ <33
People are complaining she was having stuffed nose when she recorded Your Color -o-, she sounds stuffed because Your Color has such 'deep' notes ;;

^ Seriously, I hated YC for that. xD xD.. Instead of making me have a serious ballady mode it makes me giggle.. lol.. and a bit worried if BoA was suffering some kind of "COLDS" lol.

But then again, BoA's unpredictable... just when you're about to think her singing won't impress you as much anymore... she suddenly hits you back with such great vocals. xD

This is why I love being a BoA fan... There's a guessing game.. lol

Well her recordings and CD and stuff aren't fake and they are really uneditted and everything.

Her recordings are like live except she gets tries at it until she gets it right.

Thats why when she is sick during a recording, a particular song won't sound that great.

Has anyone listened to Everlasting (Korean)? It really sounds like she has a sore throat or something in it.

And Your Color is a great song. People have to stop complaining so much, for gods sakes.
We never go around saying this and that and rant all the time. People need to stop being so nitpicky on BoA.

I wanst turned off at the vocals at all, in fact after I watched a few live performances, I think BoA sings Your Color extremely well. And it also helps, having it being such an awesome song. I love Your Color.

BoA's songs these days are MUCH harder than the songs before. Things like Waiting, and such. Were easier than things like Winter Love.

If you need a reminder on how good BoA sings just watch her 20th Birthday Live concert.

She sings the entire Meri Kuri, Winter Love, everything. That is just super awesome.
I loved how it wasnt a 'dancing' concert, like her usual ones. But she more over just stood there and showcased her beautiful vocals. And that just remins us how good she actually sings.

BoA is a frickin awesome singer, and for her age I think BoA is just... omg. I love her.
I really get turned off at the fact people these days have so much to complain and hate about BoA. BoA has done nothing to anyone, I think people are just jealous. Sigh. Put yourself in her shoes. @_@

Our Love is a beautiful song, the low part at the end of the chorus is just <3.

Anyways, listening to the album right now. I REALLY LIKE IT. Seriously, much better than OUTGROW, although people on Jpopmusic don't seem to be liking it that much. The songs are fairly catchy, although the production isn't quite as good as some of her older Japanese albums, the actual melodies are by far better than the songs on OUTGROW.

Same. I was worried reading all these comments on Jpopmusic ..
Though I haven't listened to all the songs of the album, I like Made In Twenty a lot more than Outgrow ^^
I'm so happy she released this album, love her even more xD Can't wait 'til she performs some of these new songs on stage!

Made In Twenty is really westernized and I think most of the people on jpopmusic forum either don't like the westernized songs or doesn't like the unoriginality. Soompi is a Kpop forum and since Korean music is highly influenced by western music; I think more people are used to it so they don't care if MIT sounds westernized. Overall I think Made In Twenty is great album compared to Kuu's Black Cherry and Ayu's Secret which imho were pretty bland.

A lot of people at JPM don't like Western music, so songs like "Revolution-Code", "Lady Galaxy", and "Prayer" are really getting to them. But, like you said yuna, we here listen to K-Pop which is heavily influenced by Western music. Anyway, I like "Mi20" alot because it puts me in the mind of Korean music which is the best. Also, people at JPM were wanting a album more like "Mi20", but once they get they complain. BoA's new album is way better than that Kuu, Hikki, Ayu, and Namie crap thats been releasing lately in J-Pop.

J-Pop is getting like that period. Last year J-Pop was at it worst. The only good thing that came out of J-Pop during 2006 was BoA and Dreams Come True. All the big names and good artist turned generic or just bad and have decided to stay like that way even now (excluding Misia). Anyway, thank goodness I got into K-Pop. Much better music.

Lady Galaxy sounds like a mix of popular American songs.. I hear a bit of My Humps, Britney Spears flavor, Nelly's Hot in Herre.. its a good song

IMO, we need not to worry about the opinion of those in Jpopmusic.
First of all, when we buy an album, it's our opinion that counts.

Besides, maybe there aren't just as much BoA fans there...
We'll never know.

As long as you love the songs, other's opinion shouldn't hinder you from buying it.
People have different tastes in music, this is why we have different genres and singers.

I think it's going to be my fave Japanese album.
