You know, Fans are very unfair sometimes. I remember DBSK members rejecting some fans asking them for an autograph but they ignored them and walked away, But the soompi members (DBSK fans) said they might've been too busy. What about BoA? She's a busy person, too. I don't think anyone would waste their time giving out autographs when they have schedules to do. I don't really care if BoA isn't nice, Because I like her because of songs and talent, Not her personality. I'm sure BoA appreciates her fans with all her heart. They were the ones who gave her support to make her famous. I mean, Why would anyone pretend to cry? They could've just become an actress instead of an singer. If I was an celebrity, and fans sings me a song (for concerts, birthday, ect), I think I'll burst out in tears of happiness, too. BoA looked really lost what to do, She couldn't help but burst out in tears. I don't recall that an act at all.

I know right lol people are just hating on her because shes accomplished so much, she works hard. They know they can't be like BoA. Everyone tries to be like BoA but most of them fail.
