whoever wrote this article, doesnt know what he/she is talking about.
1. she never has done THAT much dancing in japan as she has done in korea. that's because japanese are more concerned about the voice than her dancing. that's why her japanese dances are much simpler than her korean dances.
2. she wants to succeed in singing ballad songs rather than dance songs? shes already done that in japan. her ballad singles have always sold a lot. in fact, thats y avex gave her a ballad to sing. her popularity was a bit down before Everlasting, they needed a good ballad so that japanese can gush about to boost her popularity in time for her new album.
^yep!!
i agree.
and when she does come bck to korea i really doubt she will have all ballads. Her title songs for her korean albums has always been up beat.

i find that the slow ballad types are what draw me to the music-- especially with the job that BoA's done so far, but yeah. her japanese songs are more upbeat, i think, or maybe that's because she's been doing more japanese work than korean lately. either way, i still love her... it just seems she's been really tired out lately with everything.

BoA topped the Oricon daily single chart on Wednesday, the day of release of her
19th single album in Korea and Japan, beating out Japan's idol star Cartoon.
The album contains two songs: 'Tomorrow of Seven Colors - Brand New Beat' a
light dance piece with lyrics penned by BoA herself, and 'Your Color' an R&B song
featuring her appealing and mature vocal style. With both tracks promoted as title
songs, the album's jacket features two different versions to match each song.
This is the third time that BoA has topped the Oricon single chart. Her previous two
chart-topping singles are her ninth single 'Shine We Are' and her 15th, 'Do The
Motion.'
'Tomorrow of Seven Colors - Brand New Beat' will be used in a commercial for the
cosmetic brand Fasio, for which BoA works as a model, and 'Your Color' chosen
as the theme song of the XBox game 'Ninety Nine Nights.'

The last Japanese single I enjoyed by Boa was Merri Chri, and that was a long time ago!! LOL... But "Your Color" sounds really similar to FTTS "Missing You" in the beginning part. Maybe just coincidence, because the chorus is totally different, but anyways, this single is really good.... so I'm not surprised its doing well!!!
