Shopping For A New Cellular Phone online. oing?

i was just on amazon.com and looking at some random things and i found that they sold cellphones too!
i saw this and went WOAH http://www.amazon.com/LG-VX8500-Chocolate-...4267633-2936117
it was only 5 dollars, but is this reliable? and if i do purchase it how do i use it? I already have a phone from Verizon but i want to change it . is this even at all possible? blink.gif


btw whats an unlocked phone?

Definitely have to have a 2 year contract. Amazon rarely sell any unlocked phones, unless they were released in the U.S. like the SE K790a.
